Mattel's Sustainable Sourcing Principles
Mattel is committed to advancing the use of sustainably-sourced paper and wood fiber1 in our packaging and products. Mattel will strive to implement these fundamental principles to guide our efforts and maximize, to the extent feasible, the use of post-consumer recycled content and sustainable fiber.
Maximize post-consumer recycled content where possible, while maintaining packaging and product integrity and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Avoid fiber from controversial sources, by ensuring that:
Fiber source origin is known and traceable,
Fiber source is harvested in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (sub-national, national and international),
Fiber source is not harvested in violation of internationally accepted guidelines and treaties to protect the human rights of indigenous peoples,
Fiber source is not originating from locations identified by credible scientific sources as containing High Conservation Value Forest, and
Fiber source not originating from recently converted natural forests2 for the purposes of timber production plantations or for other non-forest uses.
Increase the use of wood/fiber that has been verified/certified by a credible third-party forest certification scheme with preference for those that exhibit the highest standards and robust audit processes.
Adopt and periodically refine procedures designed to ensure that our sourcing practices are developed and implemented in accordance with these principles.
Establish specific goals to measure our progress.
Support multi-stakeholder efforts to protect global forest resources.
Report publically on our ongoing progress.

Production Supervisor
Cikarang (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of production processes and methods to ensure performance, product aesthetics and safety standards are achieved.
- Identify problems and suggest engineering solutions which directly improve process / product quality.
- Coordinate with support departments (Facilities and Engineering) to ensure that process equipment and line tooling undergo regular Preventative and Line Maintenance at the appropriate times.
- Train, motivate and coach sub-ordinates sustain product aesthetics and safety requirements.
- Provide assistance, support, instruction and motivation of all subordinates
- Contribute to plan preparation, consistent with production capacity to ensure customer requirements and schedule is achieved.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and determine soft goods design and method to meet established requirement, adaptable to manufacturing system and assure the achievement of schedule and cost control.
- Responsible to develop and set standard for soft goods part in engineering area
- Gathering soft goods information of product to support its development process
- Conduct Engineering pilots to ensure the supporting of schedule
- Work together closely with production & add on daily basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Textile, Fashion design, or Industrial Engineering from reputable university with GPA min 3.0
- Preferably have 1 years related experience in Soft Goods Engineering / Development or Production in the needle trade industries preferably in garments / toys but fresh graduate welcome

Master Planner
Cikarang (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for PT. Mattel Indonesia Master Production Schedule for 4 weeks and 26 weeks
- Coordinate with all parties to have a continuity production and achieve market availability in timely manner
- Handle Direct Import inquiries from Mattel Asia Pacific
- Coordinate on Direct Import requirements, schedule and rework/repack activities
Requirements:
- Formal Educational Level : S1 in Industrial Engineering, with min GPA 3.0
- Covering Basic Manufacturing Principles, Inventory Management, and Capacity Planning Principles
- Working Experience: 0-2 years in production planning/material planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written (English) to deal among departments, Business Planning, and other marketing affiliates

Injection Plastic Mold Designer/Plastic Part Designer
Cikarang (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and provide injection molding tool to support development stage through production stage.
Requirements:
- D3 in Drafting & Designing or Tool Making
- Experience min 2-3 year in manufacturing plant in the same position
- Mold making, Mold Design, Auto CAD and Pro-E
- Proactive, open minded, problem solver and team player

Cost Engineer
Cikarang (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and roll up the product cost to Headquarters and or Asia Design and Development (AD&D) , compile, control the standard cost setting and do analysis the variances on a monthly basis . The report will be used by management for strategic decision making purposes.
- Analyze Flowchart hours (FCH) & Bill Of Materials (BOM) and follow up the issues where there are opportunities to improve the product cost
- Build the cost model for the first cost & Pre-audit cost model before Purchase Orders (PO’s) issued
- Set standard cost for local sources and purchased parts
- Generate weekly reports on product cost details
- Analyze material variances for further analysis by Process Engineer / Finance department.
- Analyze variances between inline and actual cost
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or accountancy
- Min 1 â€" 2 years experience in accounting or operation engineering with emphasis in manufacturing and cost financial analysis.
- High analytical skill, good knowledge of accounting systems preferably AS 400

Export Supervisor
Cikarang (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
- To lead the export section with main responsibility to execute the shipping plant on schedule, to present export documents in timely manner, control logistics cost and spending. And also work closely with Regional Logistics in HK and Headquarter in USA, and also with the customers around the world.
- Prepare shipping plan and execute on time with correct priority
- Work closely with shipping line, forwarding, consolidator, and trucking company to arrange the shipment on schedule
- Build strong communication with Regional Logistics in HK and Headquarter in USA and also with the customers around the world
- Prepare and present export documentation such as B/L, FCR and also Certificate of Origin to customers on timely manner
- To control logistics cost and spending including prepare payment for logistics services to the logistics vendors
- Reporting and maintain sales shipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Economics, Management or Information Technology from reputable university
- Min GPA > 3.00
- Minimum 3 year experience in handling export in the bonded zone company
- Excellent understanding in bonded zone regulation
- Experience in handling direct import / SCM nomination shipment
