Recruitment Specialist (Code: RS)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring Psychology, preferable have psychologist certification
- Min 3-5 (three to five) years experiences in recruitment and staffing, especially in Mining industry
- Hands an experience in conducting interviews, administration, psychological test, and prepare reports
- Good in analytical and communication skills
- Good command in English, both verbal and written
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
