Procurement Staff
Responsibilities:
- Implementing procurement activities in order to maintain effectiveness of ordering process and inventory management.
- Responsible for day to day activities in purchase goods, materials, supplies and service that meet with organisation’s standards of price, quality and timing,include evaluate supplier/vendors.
- Preparing invitations to tender, contracts and other procurement related documentation
Requirements:
- Female, max age 27 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Finance & Management
- Have minimum 1 year experience as Purchasing staff
- Knowledge about export import and customs clearance process
- Proficiency in English and computer skills are required
- Have excellent communication, negotiation skill and analyze the bids
- Trustworthy, honest, hardworking, independent and detail oriented
