b. Min. Diploma of Tourism Academy
c. Min. 2 years experiences as concierge or GRO
d. Positive and High Energy
e. Excellent English both written and spoken
f. Helping person
g. Good Listener, Patient and Creative
h. Wide knowledge about Bali Area
