? Male, 28 – 35 years old
? Have good command of English
? Have excellent knowledge of plants and grounds maintenance
? Graduate from Botanic Garden Diploma in Horticulture
? Hard working, desire and ability to lead others and work in a team context
? Experience in team management, training and development of staff and a track record of raising team and individual performance
? Have an ability to use and demonstrate all necessary horticultural craft skills and operate machinery to the highest standards
