Responsibilities:
* To coordinate with business associates, industry partners & colleagues in different locations in order to contribute to the Group’s businesses from a legal perspective.
* Teaming with other legal professionals in the region.
* Help with the Group’s anti-counterfeiting & brand protection initiatives throughout the Greater China region.
* To advise on, negotiate, draft, update & review various types of agreements & other legal documents such as commercial agreements/commercial property leases/operation contracts for the Group and its subsidiaries across Hong Kong & Mainland China.
* Also be assigned other legal duties & projects from time to time.
Requirements:
· 3-5 years of legal working experience, gained with a reputable company/or law firm.
Prior hands-on experience with commercial legal documents & commercial leases is highly regarded.
· Good understanding & working knowledge of PRC laws & regulations are advantageous.
· Should hold a law degree obtained with a reputable university.
· Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin (spoken & written) â€" language skills are necessary for this position.
