Building Maintenance Staff (Quantity Surveyor)
Requirements:
- Female, Single, Age Max. 28 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Have a good knowledge of Quantity Surveying
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Able to operate computer (Ms.Office, Ms.Project, Auto Cad, and/or equivalent software program)
