Commercial Costing Staff - Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  • To be in charge for all the product costing in commercial, starting from determine the transfer price, inventory, analyze the freight and customs, standard price, up to sales and gross margin analysis on product sales.
  • To bring the accurate profitability product margin and stock analysis
  • Prepare reports (incl. reconciliation) related Commercial in particular inventory, warranty and stock provision report, logistic cost, MDB, etc.
  • Responsible on inventory adjustment program â€" SAP splitting and analyze the accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in accounting
  • Min. 2 years experience in the same field.
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work as a team
  • Intelligent and willing to work under pressure with short deadline
  • Fast learning and have strong interest and passion to work in a very challenging environment.
  • Proficiency in English

TC Support Services - Manila

Responsibilities:
  • Collecting documents attached invoices within Schneider and customers as well Such as: Original PO, Bast, and Contract Amendments, make the project schedule, project details filling, retention's follow-up evaluation includes document and attaching in an invoice.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from D3 from Administration / Computer / Informatics Management
  • Excellent in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Ms. Project • Familiar with SAP
  • Good in communication skill
  • Home Active Both Oral & Written
  • contract Based
  • Will be located at Ventura
  • Major: Business Administration, Management Information

HSE Officer Service - Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  • To manage the Health & Safety documentation & Records
  • To manage the execution of HSE in Service Projects on site
  • Procedures Creation, Implementation & Assessment of the HSE for Service Team (Site Engineer)
Requirements:
  • Min. Technical Diploma (electro, machines, industry)
  • Min. 3-4 years experiences in HSE implementation in project sites
  • Understanding of OHSAS 18001:2007, process of production, supporting technical & maintenance. Understanding of Safety & Health regulation, Hira, JRA, reporting system
  • Major: Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
  • Level: Minimum Diploma
Technical Support - Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  • To act at the front line in the company in Providing general technical information, technical specification, application of Schneider's Low Voltage, Medium Voltage products and to escalate to the level 2 Technical service centers (if needed) with the quick response / answer to customers.
  • Additional information about products availability, price and customer order status inquiries based on SAP data if requested by the customer, also to manage the Customer Complaint and follow-up According to the target time up to closed.
  • Most the activity is to support the sales with the objective to increase of the customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • S1 in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Automation
  • Min. 2 years experience
  • Knowledge in Technical Product Knowledge, Expert in using company's tools (SAP system), Computer Literature & Correspondence, and Understand Electrical System
  • Understand Quality Directive and Distributor's contact
  • Major: Electrical Engineering
  • Level: Minimum Sarjana/S1
Management Trainee

Responsibilities:
  • Will be Trained and developed to meet Schneider's qualification.
  • Might be rotated to different roles / function / location Pls Necessary.
  • Good technical competencies and commercially conversant to grow the business.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in Bachelor Degree (S1) Electrical, Industrial, and Mechanical Engineering.
  • Male / Female with max. age 24 years old.
  • Min. GPA 3:00

  • Shows good potential in Leadership
  • Proficient in Bahasa, verbal and written.
  • Computer literate (Windows applications).
