Requirements:

  • Preferably have 1-3 years experience from manufacturing related to automotive business.
  • Male, 22-25 years old.
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written).
  • Basically understand process knowledge of stamping process.
  • Familiar with Quality specification in stamping process.
  • High capability to do problem solving and countermeasure.
  • Understand about basic Dies structure and press mechanism.
  • Familiar with ISO/TS 16949.
Payroll Staff (outsource for 3 months only)
Responsibilities:

  • To handle payroll supporting activities, such as checking medical claim, absence, overtime, cooperation.
  • Create supporting document for welfare payment, such as condolences, marriage, etc.
  • Doing job related personnel matters such as making employment confirmation letter.
  • Input in HRIS system for new employee data and change employee data.
Requirements:

  • Cost Control for Milkrun
  • Duty Optimization for Part, Vehicle, SP
  • Control Regulation duty examption
Requirements:

  • Has more than 1 years experience in the same related field (supply chain management). Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

  • Know basic contract/purchasing agreement with suppliers
  • To conduct sourcing activity (new model or running change)

  • Supervise concrete Kaizen way (on-site) according to the action plans
  • Support Aftersales program

Responsibilities:
  • Control standard for each responsible area.
  • Improve Inspection Job with TQA Genba Leader (Supervisor, Foreman, Leader).
  • Problem Analysis in Production Line related to each area.
  • Feedback, Guiding / Coaching, Controlling Result of related Department / Company.
  • Improve weakness point of Job System / Procedure.
  • To train Genba QA for New / Modified Inspection Item Inspection Tool or Equipment.
  • To analyze Inspection data, proposed Improvement Activity, conduct and monitoring it.
