7. Entering into a co-operation with foreign shipping lines either as agent or through Connecting Carrier Agreement (CCA).
8. Opening new, potential shipping routes and establish new representative offices in line with the development of regional autonomy.
9. Developing competencies of Human Resources and management information system that oriented to operational system effectiveness and efficiency.

Temas Line is among the first Indonesian shipping line to offer containerized cargo service. Initiated its operational activities with chartered vessel, Temas Line then expanded to become a market leader in the domestic, fully-containerized shipping industry, supported by a modern fleet and cargo loading and discharging facilities, with 25 fleet of vessels, and container supply numbering 25.160 Teus and 23.627 box. The Company also provides support in cargo loading and discharging activities in Jakarta port to ensure fast and efficient container transportation and has one of the most complete lines of heavy equipments to deliver fast and reliable services.

Documentation Staff (ISO)

Requirements:

Marketing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with all branches and agents for weekly and monthly marketing report and market forecasting
• Arrange and coordinate with person in charge for shipment loading plan

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any field
• Age between 23 - 33 years old, male is preferred
• Having experience min 3 year as Sales and Marketing (experience in shipping line would be an advantage) or IT area

Electrician

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.

IT Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Develop applications as ERP system, identified by supervisor and management through packaged and customized applications
• Maintain and enhance existing Web applications and all internal systems are integrated
• Perform complete testing of all Company applications, unit and system, engaging users as necessary
• Conduct all user acceptances testing, and report results
• Respond proactively to training, technical support and customer service needs in line with provided guidelines

Requirements:

• Age between 29 - 35 years old
• Bachelors degree in computer science, MIS, or related experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of current generation database and programming language, familiarity with ASP.NET, VB .Net ,etc
• Experience with MS SQL Server database
• Experience with ERP application administration, and proficiency in analytical and report writing-skills utilized with ERP databases
• Knowledge in WEB, PHP, XML, Cold fusion is a plus
• Strong Analytical thinking
