Industrial Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • The job holder is expected to deliver ambitious growth plan in Indonesia in Metal Working Fluid (MWF), Mining and High Performance Lubricants business (HPL). The Castrol Industrial Sales Manager Indonesia lead the local sales team and distributor team to execute the Industrial strategy, with key focus on MWF, HPL and Mining Offer.  Deliver value offer to the customers as outline in the Castrol Industrial country road map, whilst ensuring that BP's code on conduct and HSSEQ requirement are upheld at all time. The incumbent will be base in Jakarta and report to Castrol Industrial Country Manager MSI based in Malaysia.


Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-4 years of sales & marketing experience with proven track record in B2B
  • Good knowledge and track records of managing/leading distributors
  • Good knowledge and experiences developing key accounts offers and key account management
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill with proven track records
  • Must have excellent in both written and spoken English
  • Experience in Metal Working, Mining, HPL and any lubricants related business
  • Knowledge of lubrication in MWO, Mining and HPL is desirable
