Micro Credit Operation Control
Job descriptions;

• Monitor the implementation and monitoring / follow-up progress of improvements made by the Unit / Office Micro Finance to close at follow-up, according to recommendations from the review / investigation conducted by both Internal and External examiner team.
• Responsible for updating, to develop and to improv through cooperation and coordination with the Team Examining Internal and External to harmonize the methods and perspectives of the audit organization's Micro Finance, as well as to communicate policies ² MCOC - Micro Finance, and ensure the policy is understood in all levels within the organization MCOC-MF.
• Monitoring and assured passage of the implementation of HR Reward & Punishment Policy and PMS (incentives) for the occurrence of Significant Issues (Conflict Of Interest, Fraud and Finding significant,) a review of both of Team MCOC - MF, Internal Audit and other review team and supported by administrative data / document evidance

General qualifications;

• Educational background of S-1 Accounting
• Have a back ground / field work experience or Audit Control Inspection.
• Has a personality, power analysis and good communication skills and be able to motivate yourself or sub ordinatenya.
• Special Internal;
• Understand the process of Credit & Marketing.
• Understanding the Operation Support & Service.
• Mastering the process of Quality Assurance.
