Process Engineering (Heat Treatment Staff)

Requirements:

• Male, age maximum 30 years old
• Minimum Diploma degree in technical background (metallurgy, mechanical)
• Experience in heat treatment process
• Understanding of furnace and atmosphere furnace
• Good communication in English oral and writing is a must and Japanese Language would be an advantage
• Computer literate
• Understanding of drawing interpretation and create work instruction
• Familiar with: failure mode effect analysis, problem solving tools, statistic, lean manufacturing of heat treatment process.
• Ability to work independently and wiling to improve knowledge
• Creative, innovative, meticulous, communicative
