Business Development Supervisor – Jakarta

Roles

This position reports to Business Development Manager and will be responsible to execute & supervise Business Development Strategy and implementations.

For Business Development Supervisor position, the key roles are:

  • Execute & Supervise Business Development Strategy and implementations; Review, prioritize the sponsorship and accelerate horizontal and vertical performance of Retail segment to meet the Retail KPI as targeted.
  • Working closely with Area Sales Team in order to build a strong RTM foundation and achieved the excellent in program execution.
  • Recommend sound Strategy and workable, value added, contributing, effective Retail trade program and implementations; conduct effective and building up competencies Training. Support Department’s and Company’s vision and objectives.
  • Responsibilities
  • Proactively and Continuously review on sales target and strategy to achieve targets and identify improvement opportunities in order to make it align.
  • Provide analysis on Retail segment compatibility, visibility standard and other business toolkits (e.g. Planogram, Merchandising, Promotion Offers & Tools, etc) and propose its improvement plan.
  • Periodically provides analysis and improvement plan on infrastructure capacity and capability in maximizing business and coverage.
  • Managing project on time and make sure the implementation and evaluation of the project
  • Monitoring on project progress performance and the supporting programs
  • Help to structure/ plan and prioritize Area Sales team activities towards achieving agreed business goals (include sales target, brands market shares, merchandising goal, outlet activation plans)
  • Write, design, edit, and maintain Sales tools, documentation & training materials. Identify key competency gaps vs job requirements and recommend specific development plan to close it.
  • The primary focus of the role is to create the conditions for structuring activities and developing capabilities of the channel sales field teams. Provide professional functional leadership, expertise and support in order to facilitate achievement of business objectives through continuous people development.
  • Provides comprehensive reports on project progress and any program related.
  • Provides reports on market and competitor activities
  • Communicate internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and relationship.
  • Complete any other assignments or responsibilities as defined by management on a daily or a continuing basis, within his/her area of competency.

The qualifications are

  • Having min. 3+ years experience from respectively FMCG business in sales/ marketing, consumer goods, business development division.
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Business process knowledge in ‘order’ to ‘cash’ cycle;
  • Self-motivated & strong drive;
  • Able to react fast to changing environment;
  • Initiatives and solutions oriented;
  • Having Organizing and prioritizing ability;
  • Ability to deal with complex situations;
  • Having positive and constructive spirit;
  • Multi tasking ability
  • Demonstrate good communication skills
  • Able to work individually and as a team
  • Good computer skills
